Hi there!
Last week I swapped the black, yellow, and cyan toners, as all were very low. The printer recognized the new toners properly and shows 100% for all. But, I get no blue on printed sheets. I assume this could either be caused by a defective toner or an issue with the printer itself. Is there a way to troubleshoot without purchasing another $100 cyan toner? Any other suggestions?

Are the replacement toner cartridges Canon branded or something else?
If the 634 has similar features as the 733 & 743, there are some built-in Maintenance and Adjustment features that can be tried.
There is one in particular that print out two pages of color test patterns and uses both the adjust color printouts. I can't think of the exact name of the feature, but I will check my 743 tomorrow and post it here.
The idea is to run it and see if the Cyan section prints out at all.
