MF 731 - No words, strange lines, faded image - plenty of toner! Help pls!

Toner levels are good, but print outs are: 

1. faded

2. non-existant (i'm getting one vertical line on the left and one horizontal line in the middle??)
3.  I've ran all the maintinence on the machine
4. I'm currently trying to print out a UPS label but this happens with anything (i.e word doc.)

Not sure if it's one issue or many - any help would be greatly appreciated

It looks like there is a problem with the toner cartridge or the printer needs service. The maintenance I would have suggested in this situation would be to clean the ITB and the Fixing assembly. If those do not work, you can also try Control condensation to make sure that is not a problem as well. You can find the steps for those maintenance option in the link provided HERE.

If you have already tried those, it looks like the cartridge is malfunctioning or the printer needs service. You can use the link provided HERE to create or log in to your Canon account to check your service options for the MF743.
