Issues with Macbook and Imageclass MF642cdw

I have been having this issue for a while where the computer would just keep looking for the printer and I would just delete the printer and re-add it. This time when I got the orange bolt of irritation I removed the printer and when I went to add it it doesn't show up. 

Things I've tried

• turning the printer off and back on
• turning the computer off and back on
• checking the network settings (yes it's connected just fine)
• re-downloading the drivers
• adding using ip location
• cussing a lot
• checking the forum for similar issues (one guy but no answers there yet either, and another scanner issues but printing fine)
