Issue with MF249dw Scanner After "Upgrading" to Ventura O/S

Hello - I have owned my MF249dw printer for several years with no scanner problems - until recently.  A few weeks ago I upgraded my Mac O/S to Ventura (13.5.2).  Now when I try to scan, the scanner icon is "greyed out" and I can no longer access my scanner.  Can you assist?  Thanks in advance!

Hello JJBasile, 

If you have recently updated to Venutra, you will need to download and install the latest version of our printer/scanner drivers and utilities. You can find the download on our site using the link HERE. Once installed, you you should be able to resume scanning.
