Printing with two lines in the middle of the page. I've already cleaned it and changed the toners. See the photo that shows a kind of stain on the black screen below the toner and I didn't find anything that is causing this stain. How can I change this black screen or could it be internal dirt?
If you have tried more than one toner cartridge and the issue has not changed, it looks like there is something wrong with the hardware. You can try cleaning the ITB and fixing assembly 2-3 times to see if the print quality improves. If it does not, it looks like the printer needs service. You can check your available service options by contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-266 or logging into your MyCanon account.
