We recently had our hard drive replaced and ever since then if we try to print a pdf, it only prints a few pages and then says "waiting". If you try to cancel the document on the display it locks the screen up completely and must restart the machine. I've called the company that supports our machine and they sent a salesman in to sell us a new machine. 😞
I've tried it on Windows 7 & 10 and get the same result. I've downloaded recent drivers, reinstalled the printer - and nothing is resolving the issue
Can anyone suggest something I could try to get this working?
