Long story short, I upgraded our IPF605 firmware with the update tool from canon. Everything seemed fine that day. The printer was shut down that night. When I turned it back on a few days later, the screen backlight comes on but there is no text showing. All functions work, however I can't do much without being able to see the screen. Any ideas?
