It would also help us to know which specific printer model within the imageCLASS MF240 series you're using. Heel Hector, When I try to scan from feeder & it tells me put your documents in the feeder. I am able to scan the document when I do it from the glass.
I am using the software on the computer. I am using WINDOWs but not sure about the version. How can I find the version in my computer , please guide me. Thanks for your help.
