So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof). It would also help us to know which specific printer model within the imageCLASS MF240 series you're using. Heel Hector, When I try to scan from feeder & it tells me put your documents in the feeder. I am able to scan the document when I do it from the glass.
I am using the software on the computer. I am using WINDOWs but not sure about the version. How can I find the version in my computer , please guide me. Thanks for your help.
