Hello all! I have a Color ImageCLASS LBP622Cdw and print a lot on labels. Recently I went to print some and found that the printer dialogue (Print > Properties) interface has changed and suddenly no longer has an option to select paper type! (No way to choose heavyweight, labels, etc.) Anybody else have this problem or any idea how to solve it?
This is what it looks like now. At this point I used to be able to select Paper Type and there'd be a dropdown menu with Labels, Heavyweight, etc etc. Now, no more! 😫

Greetings,
Thats looking like a generic windows printer driver and not the Canon Driver.
Navigate to Control Panel > Device and Printers.
Right-click on the printer and select Printer Properties from the context menu.
Now select the Advanced tab. What is listed for the driver?
Hopefully you don't have as many choices as me 🤣
