This is the first time that I need to install/change the toner, but I cannot remove the toner tray. The blue bar is missing. Has anyone else had this problem?!?

Totally get the panic—printer issues on a weekend are the worst! 😅

The good news? Your printer is likely fine. In almost every case, the handle isn't missing; it's just tricky to spot.

Two quick things to check:

1. The Door: Make sure you have pulled down the entire front face of the printer (grab the sides!), not just the small manual feed flap. If you only see a small slot, you need to open the "Big Door."

2. The "Missing" Blue Bar: If the blue cosmetic clip popped off, the handle is still there—it's just black now. Give the center ridge of the tray a firm pull.
