Hi all,
I've had this printer (MF4350d) awhile with no problems, but I'm hoping someone can help me fix this so I don't have to go out and buy a new printer. The printer for some reason will jam when printing more than 1 or 2 pages. And it sounds like after the first page that the printer keeps trying to pickup another page for some reason. Every time it jams, a paper is in the rollers, not crumpled or anything, but i have to gently pull it out.
I thought maybe it was the paper feed pickup roller. I replaced the pickup roller. Still have the same problem. I've ran the maintenance cleaning several times. I've also sprayed inside with canned air to try to clean things out.
Is anyone familiar with this printer and what might be causing this problem? I'd love to keep using it... but I need to print more than a page at a time.
Thanks
