Hello I have a canon Mf8350 and the green light where the cartridges are is on, but the cartridges are brand new. Please help. Also, can you let me know how to do a color mismatch adjustment?

Greetings Pat,

Green is usually a good sign things are correctly installed. Orange is typically bad. Is the device printing and working as expected?

Yes it works I am now dealing with the color mismatching. I was hoping to also have it networked but it’s a challenge
