The printer is set up as wireless. Over the past week it has had episodes where if failed to print from the two computers on the network. Rebooting the printer produced no response. Rebutting the modem, the routers and the computers and the printer worked for a few days. Two days ago nothing worked. Contacted the internet provider and over the phone they stated that the problem was that the modem was 5ghz and that that does not work for printers. Stated that they changed it to 2.4ghz. It changed the name of the network identification. It worked for a day. This morning it worked with projects from both computers and now has failed. It will also not read a thumb drive that has been loaded with projects. It will send and receive fax.
