Canon Color Image class MF753CDW toner monitor is no longer working. The printer thinks it is out of toner all of the time and the monitor reports 0% toner for all colors however the toner is actually fine! I go through the trouble of clearing the error and the page prints perfectly. There must be a fix for this?

Greetings,
What operating system version and build are you using the printer with? Are you using OEM Canon brand toner or third party? Have you made any changes to toner status settings in the Remote UI?
If you are using Windows, have you tried to reinstall the Toner Status Utility v2.40?
