imageCLASS MF264dw I forget my system manager password how can i reset it?

How do i reset the manager Pin ? Everything i try the work pin didn't work at all.  i did like 0088 and pin doesn't match. Include default number too. I need ASAP. Who should i reach out to? Also how should i tell them? 

Canon – imageCLASS MF264dw Wireless Black-and-White All-In-One Laser Printer – Black < similar to the one i have at home i brought in 2020.

The default SM ID and PIN is 7654321.

If you changed it, and cannot remember what you set it to, you will need to contact Canon for assistance.  There is not another option.

If you lost the system manager password, you would need to contact our support team at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents can help you reset the pasword/pin and help you get back into the system settings.

I must be an idiot...when I touch the Home button on my printer screen it goes to the home menu, How do you enter the home button - 2 - 8 - home button?
