Can't change MF726 Series Printing Preferences to B & W

I'm not sure why, but I'm unable to change my printing preferences to black and white when I print. There isn't an option to change the color settings to black and white or grayscale as there normally would be.

I've also tried selecting "Advanced," and there isn't an option to change it there either... This should be very easy to do, but for some reason, I'm unable to because there aren't any options under the Printing Preferences menu to do so. Please advise!!!
