If the cleanings did not correct the problem, the next settings to check, one at a time, are Reduce Toner Fixing Stain 1 and 2.
If those don't affect the spots along the side, try the paper dust, condensation, and humidty settings, regardless of how humid the room feels, to ensure that condensation isn't affecting the printing.
