Hey, bought this half a year ago. It was working in 2023, but i tried to use it now and it says it cannot connect to printer. Only change that happened was Wifi change, i updated wifi router and the password so that should be ok. Then i saw new firmware came out, i tried to download, but i kept receiving the message that it could not connect to printer. Then i thought ok, i will reset it and reinstall. but when i try to reinstall and scan the QR code, i still get the same error: could not connect to printer. The old Wifi was 2G and 5G, the new one is only 5G, not sure if that is the problem? The printer is unusable in its current form with this error.

Hi bambusznad,
The SELPHY CP1500 is only compatible with the 2.4GHz wireless frequency. It will not connect to a 5GHz network.
More information can be viewed in the manual here:
SELPHY CP1500 > Reference > Specifications > Wi-Fi
