I purchased the PIXMA TR150 2 years ago. I used it then it sat for a long time without use. Now I've tried all of the cleaning, and cleaned the print heads with hot water as well. I had new ink that I'd purchased in the cellophane wrapper, and the ink is showing up as available (half full after deep cleanings), but this is how it is printing out. The second C is blank, and the BK is blank. What is the next step to having a usable printer?
