Hi,
I just got an Ivy printer and am getting horrible prints from it. The prints, even if I try to print B/W, come out very cyan in color and, always, too dark despite my having adjusted the photos on my phone and in the app. I have re-loaded the blue sheet to see if I could correct this but it hasn't helped. Any suggestions out there? Very discouraged and unhappy with this purchase currently. I didn't expect photo printer quality but this quality is unacceptable.
