Canon Selphy 1200 - only printing part of photos

My Selphy 1200 is only printing 3/4 of the photos. One side is just completely gone. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this to happen? Is there a part I need to replace?

Hi Pilotchica.

Have you tried using new ink cassette and paper in your SELPHY CP1200?  If so, your SELPHY CP1200 would require service.  To obtain service, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com

Once logged in, click on Service & Support on the left side of your My Canon account.

On the next page, click on the red Get Service & Support button to the right of your SELPHY CP1200.

Then on the page that appears, scroll down and click on the Start Repair button.
