my zoom dial does not work

my zoom dial does not rolling...its stack.it move just a littel bit...what can i do...plz plz plz help me

Based upon what? 

Somehow, I doubt if the EOS 600D [Rebel T3i] is being paired with the newest 18-135mm lens.

If by "zoom dial" you mean what is known as the "zoom ring" on the lens, then your lens may be in need service.  You should try to contact Canon U.S. support at 1-800-OK-CANON for assistance.
