Over the years, Sigma has made some very good lenses and some very bad ones. You should get your advice only from people who have actual experience with that lens.

I have the Sigma 150-500mm f/5-6.3 Auto Focus APO DG OS HSM Telephoto Zoom Lens. I gave considerably more than $672 for mine! It is a dated lens but works well as long as you keep in mind it is a $672 dollar lens. Don't get slidder slap happy with the crop tool and it works well.
A better choice is the Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary Lens for Canon EF at $1100 bucks.
If you are expecting Canon EF 600mm f4 performance and IQ from either of these above mentioned lenses, you will be disappointed. But you will have eight or nine thousand more dollars in your bank account!
