Lens Fungus

Hello,

I had recently bought a used Canon 28-105 lens off of Amazon and I noticed that my pictures are coming out a bit fuzzy.  I had taken a look at the lens under a light and it appears to have something on the inside.  Could this possibly be lens fungus?  IMG_20131008_222213.jpg

Whether it is fungus or not, it looks like disassembly may be in it's future.

You can try putting it in a window in direct sunlight for a month or so and see if it diminishes. (if it is fungus)

EB
EOS 1DX and 1D Mk IV and less lenses then before!

Thank you.  I read some where about putting it in a window, I just didn't realize for that long.
