Canon Lens Repair Question

wmcnab

I am in the process of sending a lens to Canon for repair and am wondering if I should or should not include the lens caps?

I'm just not sure if they would get lost in the shuffle?

Thanks.

I would; since they'll obviously protect both the front and rear elements during shipping.

And I have never had a problem getting back all I sent to Canon for many lens cleanings and repairs.

Thanks for everyone who replied!!!!!!

It is best to not include any miscellaneous items you might have. Like a filter or case or a strap, etc. But do include the lens caps.
