I have scanned and saved a document and need to attach it in an email, but it will not send. Can anyone help me with this? It is very important to send this email with the attachment.

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly which Canon equipment you're using, the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 or Mac 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your device (USB or networked via WiFi or Ethernet). It will also be helpful to know the app you used to scan your document and who your email provider is, or if there is an attachment size limit for your provider.

This is a very big issue with email. I have faced the similar issue. It was really frustrating for me. Then I have taken help from Optimum Customer Service and my problem gets addressed successfully. You should contact them. it really helps me a lot.
