When inks do not print, we recommend performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer to see if this will get the ink to print. To do this, please follow the steps located at the link below:
If the ink still does not print on the page, and you have already verified that all tape has been removed from the bottom of the ink tanks, the printer may require servicing; please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
