I am unable to delete the last print job . I ahve followeed previous instructions regarding printing spool. I am unable to click on the 'stop' tab to get this to reset back to no jobs in the queue. Please help with further insrtuctions.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using and which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof).
