Hi there, first post, I have bought a second-hand 5600f scanner, but I cannot scan as I receive the error, cannot communicate with the scanner, despite my Mac acknowledging it exists. I have also tried using Windows 10, and I still receive the same error using MP navigator.
Any suggestions on what I should do?
