Shame on Canon for taking money from people who cannot afford it!

I needed the items ordered to prepare for a significant federal test, and being a student, I can not afford to repurchase them.

My order was sent to an address no longer in my address book, and nothing can be done. No customer service will help; I was charged for a product I did not receive.

Again, Shame on Canon!

It's impossible for anyone here to comment on the circumstances surrounding your experience.

I suggest you call sales as they can help with shipping and return concerns.  The number for the Canon Sales Dept. is 800-385-2155.  I'm sure they can also assist with updating your address book / shipping addresses.  There is nothing we as fellow users can do here unfortunately.  I'm sure you will get your order or be made whole. Canon wants you to have your purchase.  Hope you get things resolved quickly.

This sounds very peculiar. Did you not have the opportunity to see what the shipping address was before finalizing the order?

It is good to verify all information when ordering online. My wife got in a hurry while ordering a Christmas present for a grandson. She only had a partial address. Post office didn't have it as an undelivered item so someone got a nice present.

Your statement doesn't make any sense and I have no idea how this could have happened. Regardless, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that a correct address is provided to the merchant. Sorry for your loss.
