Hahnemuhle provides printer profiles at https://www.hahnemuehle.com/en/digital-papers/icc-profile/download-center.html They have the Canon Pro 1000 in the drop-down menu, not the 1100, but the 1000 profile should be sufficient.
Rather than contacting Canon I suggest you work with Hannemuhle to get the correct profile set up on your printer since they are the experts in printing on their paper.
