Problems with glichy image and pixels on recorded footage CANON HF R800

Hi i just bought the Hf r800 and all the recorded footage that i have make till now is getting pixels , big color pixels and glitches in the image, i got a proper sd card for the camera, a class 10, U3, 90mbps card, and i am getting this problem, i have used this same card on another camera that i have and taht camera doesn't give this problems, please i need help i don't known what to do.

The camera should have a menu option to allow you to format the SD card in the camera.  Select "Low Level" format, if that option is available.  It should.  Stick to name brand memory cards like SanDisk and Lexar.

I am uncertain if having a U3 card makes a difference, but your camera is not specified to use U3 cards.  Avoid micro-SD cards with adapters, too.  People seem to have more issues with very high capacity cards, too.

 

[EDIT]. If using a different card, fully formatted SDHC card does not resolve the issue, contact Canon Support.
