Why can't I print an entire email. It cuts it off without printing a whole line.

Hi Barbz!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what Canon equipment you're using, any error messages you're getting, and the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your device (USB or networked via WiFi or Ethernet). Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue! Thanks and have a great day!

I'm using a PIXMA MG2220 printer with Windows 7 and an ethernet connection. I don't get an error message. All I want to do is print my emails so it doesn't cut them off on the right side facing the computer. I can print anything else but if I want to print an email so I can save it the right side isn't printing. Some of the words on the right margin are cut off.

Hi Barbz,

Typically, printing margins are set from within the email program you are using.  Also, some email providers have an icon of a printer near the email message.  Try using this button to print instead of going through File > Print.

As an alternative, you can copy the text on the page and paste it into an text editing application such as Microsoft Word or Notepad.  Here, you will have full control of the printing layout.

However, if the issue persists, there may be some scaling or "Fit to Page" options you can try.  This will vary depending on the browser and email provider you are using.  Please visit the link below and we can take a further look into this.  Thanks!
