Cleaned heads on canon MP620B,still prints with white streaks, what now?

Hello scherer,

Have you tried reseating the ink tanks and print head? If you have not, click HERE for instructions on how to do so. Also, what exactly is printed on the label of the cartridges from top to bottom?

I've corrected the problem doing all maintenance suggestions in the manual.  Print heads cleaned and new cartridges inserted.  Thanx
