Hello, I’m reaching out because my Pixma IP8720 inkjet has recently started showing pizza wheel marks on the paper. However, this is only happening with glossy paper. Could you please let me know how to fix this?

Hi denisemonteiro,
What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?
Are you using your iP8720 with a USB cable? Or are you using it wirelessly?
What is the application that you are using to print your images?
Are you using Canon paper? If not, please try printing your image using Canon glossy paper.
Do the marks appear when using Canon glossy paper?
Who is the manufacturer of the paper you are using and what is the exact product name?
