Cancel Order before Canon send the product

I bought a camera a day ago, but I want to returning, buy the R8 model. Is it possible to cancel my order before arriving?

Please try canceling from your My Canon Account if you were logged into it at time of purchase and did not check out as "Guest".

Otherwise, please give our sales team a call at 1-800-385-2155. They're open weekdays and Saturdays.
