Does the 7d have the ability to do double exposures?

I don’t think it does.  It looks like it was added to the 5d3, so I’d assume the 7D doesn’t have it.  I suppose I see a use in having it in camera, but most would just do it in post processing.

Traditional double exposures - laying two images over each other.

With digital cameras, multiple exosures are most easily done in post-production, combining images with Photoshop or whatever image editing software you use. It's far easier than trying to do multi exposure images in-camera.

In camera - no.
