So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon camera model you're using and what type of Microsoft device you've got. If it's a computer running Microsoft Windows, please let us know which Windows version it has. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks for your quick reply! I'm using an EOS R6 connected to a Dell with windows 10. I did discover the Canon Digtal Photo Pro app after posting my question which basically resolved my issue! I think I might be able to muddle my way from here...Thanks again!
