Camera shuts down automatically after few shots

My camera shuts down automatically after few shots on live mode and shows empty battery but when i turned on the camera after turning off it will show the full battery and if i switched to live mode it turned off again

What is “Ipe6e”?  That sounds like a third party battery, not made by Canon.  They usually do not work very well.  You should use a genuine Canon battery, the LP-E6.  Make sure that you purchase one only from an authorized Canon dealer.

No.

Sounds like a bad battery, or a cheap battery.  Which camera?  What brand of battery is it?

60d and battery is brand new lpe6e

I think that's the charger the battery is lp e6 but the charger is lc E6E

And with that is there any thing wrong with the shutter locks on manual modes

Like when i took a shot it didn't take picture just stuck there in upward direction..
