I shoot tethered 90% of the time, 5D Mark III tethered to MacBook Pro into Capture One. I have always used the A/V Digital Out port to USB. Over time the port and cords become loose, and I lose connectivity occasionally. Is it possible to tether with the HDMI Out port? Is there a HDMI ➡️ USB cord? Seems like a sturdier port/cord. I would appreciate anyone’s help, thanks!
