Cant figure out how to do this, or even hook up  directly via USB

• Cameras feed goes black when its connected tostream labs obs
• In movie mode quality  is pretty blurry
• downloaded the utility app and it does not  pick up my camera 
• Ive tried  just about  everything and watched about  every youtube video.
