Can anyone tell me where I can find a user manual for an old EOS 630 35 mm film camera?

Canon's camera museum has the instruction manual for the 620 and 650 bodies which should be close enough to yours to be helpful.  https://global.canon/en/c-museum/product/film122.html  and look at the instructions tab to the right.

If you do a Google search, you can find a few places where you can download the 2 part EOS 630 Manual.
