Hi,

I own a Canon 5d Mark iv. Recently I notice there are parallel lines on my view finder. They don't show up on the pictures.
anyone have ideas how to get rid of them?

Sounds like you may have enabled the grid lines in the viewfinder.

Thanks John for your reply. After several attempts it seems the issue has to do with cropping. I think I'm a little closer to solving this issue. Thanks again

Thank you! That's exactly what the problem was. I accidentally did something in the customs section. Thank you again for being so helpful.

If you do a factory reset be sure to go into the menus and change the option that allows shutter to fire without a card.
