EOS 90D New Firmware v1.1.1

Hi all and a very happy and productive New Year to everyone.

This is my first post here but I've been an avid lurker for many years, having owned at least half a dozen Canon EOS DSLR cameras over the years.  My current camera is the new EOS 90D and like many people, I wanted to download and install the new firmware to take advantage of the additional 24P (23.98) video rates.

I followed the Canon instructions precisely after downloading the new firmware and successfully installed it.  However this new fps rate does not show in the menu for either the 4k or the HD formats - the firmware works satisfactorally in all other respects as far as I can tell but haven't tested fully yet.  I did a reinstall but still no 24 fps!  All I see are the original firmware rates.

Am I missing something?  Can some kind person suggest what I should do please?

Many thanks indeed.

That's it!  Thank you - shows just how little I know about shooting decent videos here in the UK.  I have had this camera since it first came out in September and haven't yet taken a 4k video lol.

I appreciate your response.
