Hi folks. Cant update software on 6dmii. When i go to the new software installer my "SET" button won't work. The cam won't complete the update. Any suggestions?

3. Which method are you using USB or SD?

I am assuming you are trying to update from the SD card.

At which step doesn't the set button respond:
