This is what I would have done to your photo. It is cropped to 8x10. Opend in ACR with settings adjusted and unsharp mask applied. 

I think it looks fine!  Smiley Happy

This is putting the cart before the horse. Let's make sure we are dealing with fully working camera/lens gear combo as the OP states it is all shots.


I think the gear is working just fine.  Look at the grass around her feet.  It is tack sharp.

I agree but I want the OP to prove that before we make suggestions.  I at first thought it was camera motion or shake, movement. The vid looks nice and a little post on the still makes it look nice, too. The OP needs an editor that does lens correction.
