Hi,

Has anyone ever experienced this issue. all back buttons on my 6d Mark ii suddenly stopped working (i.e menu, info, Q, playback, set, live view, delete). The touch screen is also not responding.

That can be a symptom that water got into the camera. If rain water, put the camera in a warm, dry place and hope for the best. If seawater, you may need to start shopping for a new camera.

Thanks for your comment. Couldn't have been water, unless sweat counts.

Reset it to factory settings. Menus, tools, clear all settings and custom settings.

Sweat sometimes does count. And because sweat can be salty, the outcome isn't always good.

A few cameras are pretty well insulated against water damage. Most are not.
