How to avoid rolling shutter affect when shooting video with 5D4, any setting instruction ?

I do not know how it captures video frames, but it looks like there is no adjustment in the camera.

The camera has a rolling electronic shutter (the sensor is read-out row-by-row).

 

To avoid this, you would need a sensor that has a “global shutter” so that all rows can read-out simultaneously.   Few cameras have this because it’s more expensive to make a sensor that can support it.  DSLR’s typically do not have these.
