4k video refuses to transfer to computer.

I recently took a 4k video (around 10 mins long) but it refuses to transfer to my computer using any method available (USB to computer, wifi to camera utility, wifi to Google Drive). The video can be played on the camera without any issue. On the info screen for the video, I do see a share icon (box with an up arrow) with an exemption point -- I assume this is an error but I can't find any documentation on what it is.

Anyone else experiencing this issue or know how to fix it?

What camera?


Have you tried using a card reader?
